Too many carers are sent onsite unprepared or without the right training if things go wrong. That’s why we have strict requirements for every support worker.

If a support worker uses their vehicle, the allowance is $1.10 per kilometre (excluding additional costs like parking fees). If public transport is used, the participant must pay for the support worker’s transport costs.
Community Access & Peer Support: Minimum 3-hour charge.
Daily Living Support: Minimum 3-hour charge.
Sleepover shifts are normally 12 hours duration, including 4 hours of active support and 8 hours of sleep without interruptions. Any additional hours required before or after the shift will be charged based on time and day preferences.
Cancellations must be notified at least 7 days in advance to avoid a 100% charge.
For emergencies, cancellations must be notified 24 hours in advance.
A no-show will incur the same penalty as the cancellation policy.
Yes, participants can withdraw by completing a Withdrawal Form and providing a minimum of 15 days notice
