Highly Trained Carers

Participant Specific Support

No Surprises

Tired of carers who don’t show up or don’t care?

Many NDIS participants feel powerless in a system that overpromises and under delivers. Untrained, unreliable carers can leave you feeling unsafe and unheard. You deserve better.

Carers who don’t follow your care plan

Long contracts with no control

Why ILS?

We understand how stressful it is to rely on people you can’t trust.

ILS was built out of frustration with the broken care system. We’ve seen how careless support erodes confidence and independence. We’re here to change that.
